The Formats
Top Baller
This global 1 v 1 competition focuses on developing, elite 1 v 1 attacking confidence,
well-rounded soccer fundamentals, and a competitive mindset. Top Baller is a 1v1 + GK
format where decision-making, finishing, and final-third awareness are key. - Messi Top Baller
Panna
This global 1 v 1 event get its roots from street-soccer and futsal so it emphasizes
close-control dribbling, and a heavy focus on flair and creativity. Players learn advanced
tricks and techniques to beat opponents in one-on-one situations, culminating in the
"panna" (playing the ball through an opponent’s legs) for extra points. The environment
encourages self-expression and builds unmatched confidence on the ball in tight
spaces.
Keeper Wars
Don't let the word "keeper"fool you! This event is all about goals, goals, goals! This
close range shooting event is designed for two players in a 1 v 1 battle to get as many
shots off as possible! Think you have one of the best shooting techniques around or
want the chance to do nothing but SHOOT? This event will be the action-packed
shooting event (and by request) being added to the next 1 v 1 Rumble!
Soccer Tennis
One of the most fun way to work on juggling or "keeping the ball" in a close-range
tennis style game. This game helps with foot to eye coordination while having players
continue to improve reading a bounce, making decisions and judging to attack the ballor back up when the ball is coming out of the air, first and second touch, footwork, and
more! A growing part of ECU culture, we are very excited to add this event to the 1 v 1
Rush Rumble!
